Abstract

Ninety-millimeter Petri dishes, containing 20 ml of PDA, were used in studying the effect of temperature and pH value on Coriolus versicolor (L. ex Fr. ) Quel. mycelium growth on culture mecdium in the laboratory. The result shows, optinum temperature for the mycelium growth of Coriolus versicolor may lie between 27-30°C, maxinum 40°C ,mininum 5°C, lathal temperature 55°C. Optinum pH6, maxinum pH 13, mininum pH 4. As culture time goes on ,acidity of medium can gradually increase. This relation, however, is not considered to be invariable. It may fluctuate in a certain range due to the change of the enviromental factors.
