Abstract: This paper introduces the design method and research on a new hydraulic tree trimmer. The principle of tree trimmer, the choice of engine model, the hydraulic, the tree trimmer device control and so on, aTe particularly discussed and analized in this paper. This will greatly help the design of the carrytype hydraulic forestry machines.
