Abstract: Experimental results indicated that the nutrient contents in needles, such as N, P, K, Mg, Ca, were affected by the climate. The contents of N, P, K, Mg were higher in the growing season of June, but lower in the sprouting sarge in March. There was a correlation between the contentS of N, K, Mg and height growing season. The net increment of 21. 1 % ~ 63. 6 % tree height and 33. 3 % ~107 % breast diameter could be achieved by applying N, K, P to the loosened tree site, but the effect to the clay site was not good.
