Abstract: On the basis of socialist market economy, the authors have formulated an eguilibrium price model of wood and wed produets by means of reverse calculation method to calculate stumpage prices of forest resources of each diameter class at "t+1" moment. An evaluation model of forest resources in also built on the basis of features of forest resources.
