Abstract

The conversion between different coordinate systems is solved by using coordinate transformation. This would make a fast and concise location survey for road engineering and architectural engineering, breaking through the conventional construction layout. The construction layout is carried out by using a postrotated coordinate system,i. e, a construction coordinate system(H,V)．
