A continuation of study was made on karyotypes two species of Viburnum L. The result confirmed that their constitution in karyotypes was different. The V. Macrocephlalum Fort. Var. Keteleeri  Nichals 2　n=18=12　m+4　sm+2　smsat and the V.Plicatum  Thunb 2 n=16=12 m+4 sm. But the result also showed that they were the same asymmetrical karyotypes 2B type according to Stebbins’ system of asymmetry karyotype. Therefore the two species were close in consanguinity.
