The Bambusa dislagia stand was taken as the study object, 227 standard bamboos with various ages and classes were measured, and the structure factors such as diametre at breast height, culm height, branch and leaf weight, node length, bamboo wall thickness, culm weight were statistically analysed. This study has the theory and practice significances to the yield forecast and the paper pulp stand management of Bambusa dislagia. 
