Abstract: Anatomical characters and SEM observation of glands revealed that the glands of leave in Cerasus was one kind of secretory tissue. There were three types that glands insert on leave’s serrates:terminal、basilar and lateral; the glands shape varied: cone、disc、davate、papillate and compressed;and the size was very different in different species. The characters of glands were stable and important in taxonomy.
