Abstract: The constitution and distribution of neurosecretory system of prepupa Chinolyda flagellicornis (F. Smith) were decided by anatomy. The central nervous system consisted of brain, suboesophageal ganglion and ventral nerve-cord, and the differentiations among protocerebrum, deutocerebrum and tritocerebrum were obvious. Ventral nerve-cord consisted of three pairs of thoracic ganglia, eight pairs of abdominal ganglia and the connectives between ganglia. The distributions of those ganglia located in the central of sternal previous margin were concided with metamera of prepupa. The stomatogastric nervous system consisted of connectives composed of frontal ganglion and occipital ganglion, which were located in the front and the back of brain respectively. The ventral sympathetic nervous system was composed of transverse nerves connected with ganglia. The caudal sympathetic nervous system originating from the last abdominal gaglion consisted of six pieces of forked lateral nerves. The endocrine system mainly consisted of brain neurosecretory cells, corpora cadiaca, corpora allata and prothoracic glands. Brain neurosecretory cells located in the pairs of intercerebralis. A pair of corpora cadiaca and corpora allata was located on both sides of oesophagus respectively, and prothoracic glands located on both sides of connectives between prothoracic ganglia and mesothrax ganglia.
