Controls are dynamicly establised, moved and deleted by using C++ tools in program running period. Some universal softwares can be designed through these functions. When consumers use these softwares, they can customize their own interface according to their needs. At the same time, the controls will reduce the impropriate use of system resources and shorten the length of executive program are time of computer loading program. Meanwhile they can build up the communion between the users and the program in running period and satisfy many kinds of consumers for their applications.
