Abstract: This research on China Pulp and Paper(P&P) industrys flexible production is advanced on domestic, it has higher academic value and applied value. The thesis focuses on what factors influence on China P&P industrys flexible production and how the factors influence. The factors are classified into three: (1) structure factor which includes the scale of production line, the advantage of equipment and technology; (2) foundation factor which includes the integration degree of computer, labors true quality; (3) management factor which means the degree of manager to pay attention to flexible production. At last the article gives pulp and paper mills some suggestions of how to raise the production scale and increase product species simultaneously.
