Abstract

The intension and necessity of ecological management in enterprises are discussed in this paper, and some countermeasures to improve ecological management in enterprises are suggested, such as construction of ecological culture in enterprises, enhancement of ecological quality of personal, adoption of non- pollution technology and environment management.
