Predictive Control for Idle Speed of a Gasoline Engine

Abstract

This paper gives a DMC system for idle speed of a gasoline engine. Engine idle speed can be controled by the model of idle speed and DMC algorithm. The result of engine test shows that the DMC algorithm is adaptable for idle speed control of a gasoline engine and its stable and strong to resist interference.
