By using worksampling to furniture firm A and via sampling with busywork status of employees and equipments of producing spot respectively,the author found out the reasons of influences on productivity and puts forward some advices to improve it.The sampling results can help firm A to establish the time ration.The results indicated that,the time of load and unload,transiting and waiting in the course of production are possess a relative high ratio to the whole working hours so that the utilization of efficient working hours had been reduced greatly.The waste of unused and racing of equipments had been increased.Therefore,it is very important to improve productivity for furniture enterprise.
