Abstract

The formation and current progress of somatic embryogenesis technique were systematically and comprehensively discussed in the article,in which the cytological,biochemical and molecular biological features of the studying on mechanism of somatic embryogenesis were also well analyzed.Furthermore,the genetic stability of regenerated individuals and the values used as a genetic transformation way on the embryogenesis system were also fully illustrated and the importance of the experimental design was reviewed too.
