Aiming at the shortcoming of our country’s existing land use indicator,based on the investigation of enterprises’ land using pattern of Jiangsu province and taking the standard and requirement of government as reference,this paper is intended to set up a practical land using auditing indicator for enterprises’ construction project.This indicator uses the statistic samples to establish the basic land using quotation and takes the area location,land using harmony,environment situation etc.as influential factors.Each factor is determined by DEPHI method.
