The thesis analyses the structure and mechanism of the system of Jiangsu forestry industry and its correlative environmental systems by the principle and methodology of systems engineering.Then,the multi-objective tree and general strategy system of Jiangsu forestry industry are devised from the point of view of sustainable development.After that,concrete strategy systems are built in the aspects of forestry industry restructuring,institution reforms of forestry property right,construction of the financing system of forestry industry,reform of forestry tax and fees,modernization of forestry industry.
