Abstract

The effect of dirt chute skidding on the physical and chemical properties of trail soil of artificial Chinese fir forest was analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the unit weight of soil increases, the structure and the property of keeping water of soil decline, the content of soil nutrient decreases, and the surface soil(0~20 cm)is impacted more seriously than the bottom soil(20~40 cm). Some technological measures of reducing the damage of soil were put forward for the ecological harvesting operation.
