Abstract: Tests were carried out with different external-hormone,different trees and whether it has top-buds to find the effect of rooted rate.The cuttings with top buds were prepared from about 100 year old A_2 tree,and dipped in 500 mg/kg ASL solution before being planted in a cutting bed.Under these conditions,the effect is best,callus is formed,and 91.95% of cuttings have formed numerous rootlets.
