Abstract

The stabilization of aloe gel by adding common plants was studied. The optimum dosage of four kinds of plants by orthogonal test was as follows:DGC 0.2%,SGR 0.1%,CTA 0.05%,SL 0.2%.The storage duration of gel treated by these four plants was 65 days at 30 ℃ and even reached seven months at room temperature. The results showed that these four kinds of plants have obvious synergetic effects on stabilizing aloe and brilliant exploitation prospects as natural antiseptic and oxidationresistant materials.
