The Long Time Behavior of Solutions to the Hydrodynamic Model of the Submicron Devices

Abstract

This study proves that the solution of the hydrodynamic model of submicron semiconductor devices converges to the unique steady solutions exponentially fast as time goes to infinity, and which corrects the mistakes made in reference [1]. We also point out the mistake in reference [1-] under b(x)≡l.
