Abstract: The phytohormone composition to produce callus by the leaf, stem, gemmules of Euphorbia pekinensis were. compared. It was the best phytohormone composition that adding 6-BA (2.0 rag/L),NAA 0.4 mg/L to MS culture medium. Gemmule was the best explant to produce callus. By trans-cultured for many times, the suspending cell could be get. The biomass got highest yield at 21 d. It got 10.82 g/L. The biomass could get 34.13% increased if adding the endophytic fungi (one kind of Fusariium sp.) mycelium’s extract. The compositions of suspending cells enthol extract were compared with that of wild. There was the same in the main composition. The concentration and yield of main composition changed when the. mycelium extract to the culture medium were added.
