Abstract: The optimal conditions of the extraction of the flavonoids from Elaeagnus angnstifolia L. flowers had been studied. The results showed that the flavonoids from the dry flowers were extracted with eidible alcohol under the condition of 76 ℃ for 45 min. The yield is 0.68% in above mentioned conditions.
