Abstract: This paper synthesizes the Cu2+schiff base complex of disproportionated rosin amine, and catalyzes urushiol oxypolymerization to polymer. The rosin amine reacts with the salicylaldehyde to product the schiff alkali, then the schiff alkali reacts with cupric acetate to synthesize the schiff alkali-copper complex. The result shows that catalyst concentration, reaction time, urushiol concentration and temperatures affect the polymer yield in oxypolymerization of urushiol system. Rational reaction condition is that ratio of the Cu2+schiff base complex of disproportionated rosin amine is 3%, urushiol concentration is 68.8 g/L, the system of reaction reacts 36 h at 30~C in alcohol dissolvent. The yield of deposition of polymer is 51.3%in rational reaction condition.
