Abstract: The changing of content of enclogenous hormones and osmotic regulaters in Haioxylon amrnodendron growing in natural condition was studied. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar and proline was accumulated quickly with temperature rising up. The content of GA in the leaves dropped undulately. In the early growing period, the content of ABA was very low, but in the summer period it had accumulated quickly, and at the end of the growing period, it reached the highest level. The content of IAA in leaves decreased in the growing period. Similiarly the contents of CTK, CTK/ABA in the leaves decreased also.
