Abstract: One year old seedlings of baldcypress (Taxodium distichum L.) were grown in a pot under greenhouse conditions to determine the changing of enzymes activity of leaf with varying soil water levels and soil salt (NaCl) (alone and in combination) levels. There were 20 different treatments of soil water and salt content. The time of treatment was 130 days. The results show that the activity of SOD, NR, PAL, POD and the concentration of MDA of 20 treatments had significant variation, and the results of variance analyses of two factors indicated that the activity of SOD, NR, PAL, POD and the concentration of MDA of different water levels, different salt levels and mutual domino effect also had significant variations.
