The causes leading to the occurrence of plantation insect pest were analyzed, and the concept of accurate control of plantation insect pest was put forward, especially the selective pesticide application technology which affected least to the environment in this technique system was discussed. It killed the insect pest strongly and achieved the best control result. Based on the control experiments and popularized practice in Xuzhou area, the machanism, property and method of trunk-injection pesticide application technique were expounded in detail.
