Cement concrete pavement is the most widely used pavement in rural roads. Based on the performance situation of rural road in Jurong City, the causes of crack on cement con- crete pavement was analyzed from the aspects of concrete preparation before pouring con- struction, the control of construction process, concrete curing technique and others. The measures to prevent crack were proposed to improve the quality of rural road.
