Study on the Main Defects of the Highway Bridge Girder

Abstract: The study was based on the data of highway bridge management and supervision system in last three years. The defects and the harm to the bridge girder was summarized in four types of girder bridge. The cause of each defect was analyzed and the preventive treat- ments was proposed.
