Abstract

The creation of virtual construction enterprise is important in improving itself com- petitive force, facing change of commercial environment quickly and creating more market opportunity. With the analysis on the construction supply chain, the types and model of vir- tual construction enterprise were proposed based on the supply chain integration. The advan- tage and applicable conditions were discussed. The key problems in the process of creating a virtual construction enterprise were investigated.
