Abstract: The change of three polyamine’s content was researched under salt stress and silt con fertilizer added after salt stress. Three different forms of polyamine individually are free form, perchloric acid soluble covalently conjugated form (PSCC) and perchloric acid insoluble covalently conjugated form (PISCC). The result of this research was as follows: the f-Put and the total content of Polyamine under salt stress descends remarkably and the ratio between (Spd+Spm) and the total put ascends notably; PSCC-Put and the total content of PAs ascended notably with increasing salinity under salinity conditions with the increase of salt’s strength and the same as f-Put; PISCC-Put ascends with the increase of salt’s strength and the content of PISCC-Spd and PISCC-Spm ascends with the increase of salt’s strength. At the same level of salt’s strength, the ratio of (f-Spm+f-Spd) and f-Put increases remarkably with silicon fertilizer and the same as f-Put, f-Spd, PSCC-Put, PSCC-Spd and the total content of PSCC-PAs; with silicon fertilizer, the content of PISCC-Spd and PSICC-Spm under salt stress increase; in addition, the level of PISCC-Put is inhibited, It indicated that Si regulated the content of different polyamine types and forms in Zizyphus jujube cv. Jinsi-xiaozao leaves. Therefore, it alleviated the toxic effects from salt ions.
