Abstract: Conidiospores of Cronartium ribicola mycoparasites Trichoderma spp. including TR1, TR2, TR3 could germinate in each culture medium of agar plate, glucose, PDA, Fries, bark juice of Pinus armandii and aeciospores. Strain TR1 showed its germination activity and rate on all mediums was the highest, whereas strain TR2 and strain TR3 germinated less on the medium of agar plate and glucose. The optimum temperature for conidiospore germination of three mycoparasites ranged from 20℃ to 30℃ and TR1 had the most wide temperature ranging from 15℃ to 35℃. The optimum pH for conidiospore germination of three isolates was 4.0~5.0 with the relative humidity from 35% to 100%. Conidiospores could germinate easily with the relative humidity above 50%. Dark and interval dark could stimulate conidiospore germination of TR1. However, continuous exposure to light contributed to spore germination of TR2 and TR3.
