Abstract: Veneered maple furniture panels were sanded and sprayed by two pieces of water-borne sealer. Wet coating was dried by the hot air using process parameters. Adhesion of dried coatings was tested with the pulling method. The results showed that humidity of hot air was very important, but its temperature has minor effects on adhesion of coatings at a certain extent. It was seen that when 35℃ hot air with 50% humidity was firstly used to dry the sealer and the second was 35℃ hot air with 70% humidity, the beater adhesion of the sealer was obtained.
