Abstract: Using 14 SCAR marker primers to analyze the resistance seedlings of Pinus massoniana which resist Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The results indicated that there were 104 different types of MuPS among those 120 samples, which could distinguish 86.6% samples, and 74.2% samples identified completely. Some primers such as Pmscar157, Pmscar007 and Pmscar053 produced more bands, which was 13.1%, 13.3%, 18.4% of the total bands respectively, while the primers Pmscar039 and Pmscar499 produced less band, and they were 0.16% and 0.48% of the total bands respectively. The primers used in this paper could fingerprint well because of high stability and reliability. Therefore, the attained MuPS could be used to identify and manage the resistance individual and the resistance family of P.massoniana.
