Because of the earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction function of the urban green space system, it played an important role during the earthquake, the reconstruction and the regeneration of the city after the disaster. According to the plans, i.e., the system of earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction, the planning levels and framework of the urban green space system, The urban green space system for the earthquake resistance and disaster prevention was analyzed in this paper. It was seen that the urban green space system for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction was primarily one space for disaster prevention and evacuation and temporary living. It was also the place to carry out emergency and a base for the postdisaster reconstruction and rehabilitation. However, the rules should be followed when the urban and rural space was planned. During planning, the spatial levels of urban green space system planning must be linked each other and controlled by grade. The population service radiation capability of urban green space should be integrated so that the scientific layout would be obtained.
