Abstract: The effects of seven kinds of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi (including Boletus edulis, Boletus speciosus, Pisolithus tinctorius 1, Pisolithus tinctorius 2, Rhizopogen luteous, Laccaria aemthystea, Amanita pantherina) on nutrients absorption were investigated. Their relationships with the growth of host plant and masson pine seedlings were inoculated with seven species of ECM fungi. The seedlings growth were measured. The nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) absorption and utilization were studied. The results showed that ECM fungi promoted the growth of height and root collar diameter of the seedlings obviously. It also enhanced the absorption and utilization of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The content of acid phosphatase in ectomycorrhizal seedlings increased by more than 100% if it was compared with the control.
