Abstract: There are 46 known species of parasitic nematodes in pine trees in China have been recorded, which belong to 17 genera of 9 families in 3 orders. The number of species in order Aphelenchida was the largest, with a total of 40 known species, including Bursaphelenchus and Aphelenchus of Aphelenchidae; Ektaphelenchus, Cryptaphelenchus and Ektaphelenchoides of Ektaphelenchidae; Seinura of Seinuridae. Six known species belong to order Tylenchida, including Ditylenchus of Anguinidae; Cylindrotylenchus of Nothotylenchidae; Pararotylenchus of Hoplolaimidae; Hemicycliophora and Criconemella of Criconematidae. There was one unknown species in Dorylaimida. A key for 46 species of pine nematode was constructed based on the morphologic characteristics of different order, genera and species.
