Abstract: Poplar were fertilized with different types of capsule agent Bacillus cereus (JYZSD1), Pseudomonas fluorescens (JWJS1), Xerocomus cheysenteron(Xc) and their mixture (JYZSD1+Xc, JWJS1+Xc, JYZSD1+JWJS1+Xc) in liquid and solid forms, and the growth status and the photosynthesis characters were determined. The results showed that the mixed liquid agent comprised of JYZSD1, JWJS1 and Xc greatly promoted the poplar growth and photosynthetic efficiency while the corresponding solid capsule agent displayed a relatively equal promotion effects. No significant differences between capsule agent and other forms. The promotion effects of B. cereus (JYZSD1) was better than that of P. fluorescens (JWJS1).
