Abstract: The displaying silverstained Ag-NOR and G-Banding technique was first reported in massoniana Lamb. Chromosomal Ag-NOR and G-Band were displayed simultaneously in one cell. G-Bahds were clearly shown with the help of computer-scanning. The technique reported is easy to use with cogent results. Some problems about requirements for G-Banding technique were also discussed.
