Abstract: When the roots of tissue culture seedlings of Poplar clone NL_80106 are treated with six plant hormones (2,4-D,NAA,IAA,IBA,6-BA,S.L.)in different concentrations, inducing nodulation is observed in seedlings treated with 2,4-D,IBA and S.L..2,4-D and IBA are the stablest and most effective. The suitable concentrations of 2,4-D and IBA are separately 1.01.5 mg/L and 2.53.0 mg/L in inducing nodulation. Isolation, reciprocal inculation and microscope observation indicate that inducement nodules have been intected by rhizobia. Inductors obviously promote growth of seedlings when inoculating rhizobium on seedlings. The height growth, fresh weight and chlorophyll content of tested seedlings exceed those of contrast seedlings, specially in IBA concentration of 3.0 mg/L.
