Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware component and basic principle of the test meter of power load parameter based on 80C196KC microcontroller,discusses the method of digital calculation of current and voltage effective value,also introduces the management and communication modules.By the test and management system the information of the transformer load and run and breakdown can be monitored,it has a very important reference value for the reasonable power distribution and power management.
