Abstract: The effects of exogenous substances on contents of flavoniods and trace elements in Cyclocarya paliurus leaves of 2-year-old seedlings were investigated by spraying different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA), nanometer titanium dioxide(Nano-TiO2), lanthanum nitrate(LN)and sodium nitroprusside(SNP), respectively. The results showed that 200 mg/L SA has the best effect on increasing the content of isoquercetin and kaempferol in the leaves, and the contents of isoquercetin and kaempferol were 21.199 mg/g and 0.413 mg/g. However, the greatest content of quercetin achieved in the 100 mg/L SA treatment, which was 6.507 mg/g. The highest contents of inorganic ions Fe was obtained in the 400 mg/L Nano-TiO2 treatment, which was 1.375 mg/g.
