Abstract: This paper describes the measurement of wood dielectric constant and lossat the microwave frequency with a wave length of 3 cm and the data and resultsobtained by the method at the normal temperature arc given in the paper. Themeasuring method, apparatus, principles, calculating equations as well as"short-circuit & open-circuit" method are also briefly discussed in this paper.
