Abstract: Curve fitting with the static testing data of logskidder tires by using the least square method shows that the load-deflection relation is a polynomial, from which the static stiffness and effective stiftness of the tire structure can be calculated. The load-deflection performance depends on type, size, structure, age and wearing value of tires with varying filling presure, as well as the vulue and frequence of load etc
