Abstract: During the course of studying woody flora of Libo in Guizhou Province, the author discovered some new taxa and found that some genera and many species had not yet been recorded in this province before. In this paper, 6 taxa is described as new. They belong to Manglietia, Cryptocarya, Altingia, Rhamnus, Osmanthus and Drypetes separately. 90 species are reported as new records, among which 8 genera are involved. Besides, a new species of Machilus determined and described by Associate Professor Chao Chison is also given herein.
