Abstract

With the bull) scale and the leaf of commercial lily varieties’ Sorbonne’, ’ Siberia’, ’Tiber’ as initial explants, the effect factors of 6 -BA(0.3~2.0mg/L), KT(0.5-2.0mg/L), NAA(0.1~2.0 mg/L, 2, 4 -D (0.5~2.0 mg/L), ZT(0.1~0.5rag/L) on organogenesis of the Lilium oriental were studied. Using the callus as initial explants, the effect factors 6-BA (0.2~1.5 mg/L), 2.4-D (0.5~2.0mg/L) on somatic embryogenesis were examined. The results showed that the auxin in high concentralion was advantageous to ad ventitious buds differentiation from leaf. 6 - BA could raise the bud differentiation frequency from the bull) scale. Somatic embryogenesis could be induced from callus by 2, 4 -D.
