Power of Ultraviolet Radiation and the Painting Quality of Parquet

Abstract: The relationship between veneer checking and drying process about the painting of violet polyuretheane with different powers of ultraviolet radiation was investigated, which improves the importance of the power. Four schemes are designed in the point of power of ultraviolet radiation. The painting of polyuretheane on the red oak and white oak and I, ~tsia palembanica Miq. parquet is dried by ultraviolet radiation violet lights. Based on the tests, it also analyses the surface checking of parquet from the initial time of surface checking and surface checking rate. It is reasonable to adopt the fourth scheme for red oak parquet, the second one for white oak parquet and the third one for I. palernbanica Miq. parquet. The second scheme can be applied for the three kinds of parquets.
