Abstract: According to the nature of forest resources and the present situation of calculating the plantation rent in China, an integrated land rent for plantation land was put forward with the guidance of the land rent theories. Many aspects which affect the result of the integrated land rent were classified into land quality itself, management level and product value, social and economic benefit, administrative capacity etc.. Industrial fuel forest, one kind of important forest in China, located at middle and downstream areas of Changjiang River, was chosen as an example to calculate the rent. The soil quality, species planted, transportation distance, and taxes and fee were the dominate factors for setting up the model of integrated rent. In multifactor regression model, two nonquantitative factors, i.e., the soil quality and species, were inccluded. Therefore, the new model to computate the integrated rent included the quantative and nonquantitative factors. The modeling results showed that the integrated land rent value had a close relation with four dominant factors. The modelled value matched the actual rent well. This model results would push the plantation forest resource into the market, and promote the management and development of forest resource in China.
