Abstract: The cohl resistance of Photinia plants, e. g., P. serrulata,P, davidsoniae,P, x fraseri ‘Red Robin’~P. glabra var. Roberts and P. fraseri " Jin Hong’, was investigated. These Photinia plants were introduced to Changqing district of Jinan city, Xinglong village of Yanzhou city and Luozhuang district of Linyi city. The morphological observation for wintering compatibility and measurement of relative electric conductivity of Photinia plants were made. The results showed that electric condactivities of leaves of Photinia plants combined with Logistic, semi-lethal temperatures (LT50), could be used to identity the cold resistance orders. The same results could be obtained by the observation of wintering compatibility. The order was that P. glabra var. Robens>P. ~fraseri ‘Red Robin’>P. ~fraseri " Jin Hong’>P. serrulato>P. davidsoniae in Changqing district of Jinan city and Xinglong village of Yanzhou city. In Luozhuang district of Linyi city, the order was P. ~fraseri ‘Red Robin’>P. glabra vat. Robens>P. xfraseri ‘Jin Hong’>P. serrulata>P. davidsoniae.
