Test accuracy analysis of atomizing nozzle test bed

Abstract: In order to improve testing precision of test bed and the test accuracy of atomizing nozzle test bed be researched. Firstly, reference nozzle parameters were calibrated, and then, the measurement accuracy of pressure sensors and flow sensors were calibrated. Based on the calibration, the test errors of distributions of test bed was analyzed, finally, inspect the test-bed through amendment value. Through calibration can draw: At different pressures, the maximum error between the atomizing nozzle testing value and the reference value is 2.70%. The correction value of pressure sensor is 0.01 MPa. The error between the average flow sensor measuring and reference value is 1.2%. Under the same pressure, the maximum error between the average flow value of test-bed and reference value is 2.84%. The measuring errors become decreases with the measuring time increase. When measure time reaches to 200 s, the error basically stable, the maximum error is 0.8%. Through testing of amendment test system can found that the maximum error between the measurements of test-bed and reference values is 0.7%, showing that the test-bed can meet high-accuracy measurement requirements.
